Are Tristar watches automatic or quartz?
Tristar offers only automatic watches with high quality movements and power reserve. Our automatic watches feature self-winding mechanical movements — no battery required. If you're unsure which movement your model has, the product page will confirm it.
Where are Tristar watches made?
Born in Dubai, built for the world. Tristar watches are designed in-house and manufactured by carefully selected partners who share our commitment to quality and precision.
What is the water resistance of your watches?
Water resistance varies by model and is listed on each product page. Here's a quick guide to what the ratings mean:
3 ATM (30 metres) — Resistant to light splashes and brief contact with water, such as rain or hand washing. Not suitable for swimming, showering, or submerging.
5 ATM (50 metres) — Suitable for swimming in shallow water and showering. Not suitable for diving, snorkelling, or high-pressure water activities.
We recommend checking your specific model's rating before exposing it to water.
What materials are used in Tristar watches?
Our watches use stainless steel cases and mineral or sapphire crystal glass depending on the model. Straps vary by model and include genuine leather, stainless steel bracelet, and rubber/silicone options. Full specifications are listed on each product page.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders within the UAE only.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the UAE is free on all orders. For international orders, shipping is free to select countries, while a flat rate of AED 25 applies to others — see the country list above.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the watch is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. A return handling fee of AED 60 applies, which will be deducted from your refund. The balance amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
How do I initiate a return?

Who bears the return shipping cost?
A flat return handling fee of AED 60 is charged to cover return shipping and processing. This is deducted from your refund amount.
Warranty & After-Sales
Do Tristar watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all Tristar watches come with a 1-year international warranty, reflecting our confidence in the quality of every timepiece we make. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover accidental damage, water damage beyond the stated resistance rating, or normal wear and tear.
Where can I get my watch serviced or repaired?

How do I set the time or operate the crown on my watch?
