WARRANTY DURATION

Step 1
Warranty Coverage
Your Tristar watch is covered by an international warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase, as indicated on your receipt or warranty card.
During this period, Tristar will repair or replace any defective components free of charge.

What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in the movement, hands, and dial
- Repair or replacement of defective parts under normal usage
- Labor costs related to warranty-covered repairs

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, fading, or strap wear)
- Water damage due to improper use or exceeding water resistance limits
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Consumable components such as batteries, straps, bracelets, and glass/crystal.

Step 4
International Support
- Tristar warranty is supported globally through our network of authorized service partners.
- You can request repairs or servicing at any Tristar Service Center worldwide, provided you present a valid proof of purchase.
Proof of Purchase Required
Warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid warranty card stamped at by an authorized retailer and original proof of purchase. Without these documents, the warranty may be considered void.
Authorized Service Only
All warranty and post-warranty repairs must be performed by an authorized Tristar Service Center. Unauthorized servicing will void the warranty.
Out-of-Warranty Services
If your watch is no longer under warranty, Tristar offers paid repair and maintenance services using genuine parts. You'll receive a detailed cost estimate before any work begins.
